  • How accurate are the product visuals at Ildela website?
    Product visuals help Ildela express its unique Brand Identity. Utmost care is taken to ensure that the visuals are as close as possible to the real-life product. However, you can expect to observe minor colour variations depending upon the device’s screen characteristics and display settings.
  • How do I change an information after the Order is placed?
    Please write to us at ildela@ildela.com as soon as possible to make any changes to your order. You can find the contact details in the footer section of the website. Once your order is under processing, we would not be able to make any changes.
  • I have not received any confirmatory message from Ildela after order placement.
    Technology could be tricky at times. Please wait for an hour after order placement. You are also advised to check your Spam folder. If after an hour you still do not receive any communication from our side, feel free to reach us at ildela@ildela.com. You can find the contact details in the footer section of the Website as well.
  • How are the Delivery charges?
    The Delivery charges will reflect in the Order Confirmation. You should be able to choose from two or three delivery options depending upon your location. Regular Delivery, Express Delivery and Overnight Delivery have been arranged in the order of decreasing time of delivery. We deliver Internationally.
  • Can you deliver to my hotel?
    Yes, we can. It is our constant endeavour to offer exemplary experience to our clients even when they are on the move. Please write to us at ildela@ildela.com after order placement.
  • Can you gift wrap my order?
    Sure, we can, and we do. By default, all Ildela goods are delivered in the Ildela Plume-de-Kissaba Case identifiable by the alternating blanc-noir stripes. This however, does not apply to bulkier items.
  • Can you include a personalised message with my order?
    Yes, we can. At the Order Confirmation, simply click on “Add a Note” option and explain us your requirement. If you wish to do a little something extra for the intended recipient of your gift, please drop us an email post the Order Confirmation mentioning your order number along with the personalised message as soon as possible. This service is absolutely free, unless you require a significant personalisation or customisation. Of which, we will inform you in response. In case of the gift orders, we do not mention the product price in the accompanying invoice.
  • Can I collect my order at an Ildela Store?
    It is possible to collect the orders you placed on Ildela.com at Ildela stores. However, only specific stores can facilitate such a request at the moment. We will inform you of the arrival of your ordered goods, post which you will be allowed 15 days to collect the order from the specified Ildela store.
  • Is my payment secure?
    All the transactions you make at Ildela.com are secure. The padlock symbol you observe next to the “https” keyword in the web address bar of your internet browser is an indication of the safety and security of the online environment you are in. However, please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale through the link mentioned in the footer section of this website.
  • Why is the Créations Privées page locked?
    Créations Privées is exclusively available to our Member Partners only. The criteria guiding the membership have been enshrined in undisclosed regulations since the year 1920.
  • How much do I need to pay to access Créations Privées?
    It is crucial to underscore that Créations Privées does not entail any subscription fees. It is not a paid-for program.
  • I have been offered Créations Privées Membership against X amount. What should I do?
    In the event that anyone approaches you and seeks monetary compensation for the purpose of accessing Créations Privées Membership, it is of utmost importance to promptly inform us through any available means of communication.
