Ildela F envisions to bring together common people and the beings of inventiveness to charge the creative atmosphere of the society as a whole. Our events play an important role in the necessary culmination of diverse ideologies. Observing the creative talent live helps one appreciate the effort that goes in transforming raw material into an artistic product. We organise training workshops, mentor talents, grant awards and scholarships, commission exhibitions and events to nurture original ideas and ground-breaking innovations.

AATMA NIRBHAR BHARAT
Ildela F endorses Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan, an initiative to make India self-reliant. Although we are not officially connected with the Government of India for this initiative, we are doing the little that we can do in support. About 75 percent of our raw material are sourced locally, and we are aggressively moving forward to increase the percentage further. Unfortunately, not all perfume ingredients can be sourced from within the country. We are continuously seeking homegrown alternates.
Besides, we provide scholarships to students who possess the spark, but do not have the resources to expand their skill set. We firmly believe that investing in young hands will gradually push India towards self-reliance.
