SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery Address

Normally, the products will be delivered on the address provided by the purchaser on the website. Ildela holds the right to seek the client’s signature at the time of delivery. We do not ship products to any address that we fail to authenticate before the goods are dispatched from our warehouses.

Logistical Delays

Although Ildela has partnered with the best of logistical service providers, we do not take responsibility of any unanticipated delays in the order delivery. If deemed fit by us, we may offer compensatory benefits or goods in such a scenario. 

Distant Locations

Ildela is not liable to deliver goods to any distant location with transit long enough to hamper the original presentation or the prescribed quality standards of the goods. In such cases, Ildela may choose to cancel the order and initiate refunds after due diligence.

 

Invoicing

Ildela will generate product invoices through either email correspondence or postal services for the purchaser. Kindly ensure the provision of comprehensive and precise details during the order placement, as these exact particulars will be reflected on the ensuing invoice. Modifications to the issued invoice are not permissible. Please be aware that our Order Processing System will automatically annul any order that contains inaccurate or suspicious information.

Delivery Charges

Unless otherwise specified, the delivery charges shall be borne by the buyer/purchaser or the client. Delivery charges if not complimentary, can be found both in the order form or the invoice as a separate item. We strive to ensure that your your goods reach you as early as possible. Delivery charges of all International orders shall be borne by the buyer. 

 

Processing Timeline

Ildela processes the orders from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are exempted from order processing. As a standard operating procedure, the Dispatch Time at Ildela is 2 business days. That means, any order that we receive from this website is dispatched to you within two working days. We must bring to your notice that since 2010 the average Dispatch Time at Ildela is 1 day. Please note that the Shipping time is different from Dispatch Time. In case of any unforeseen incident, we will update you beforehand of any delay in processing of your order. 

Delivery Timeline

Although we strive to deliver all orders within 3-7 days, unless stated by Ildela and depending upon concenred exceptional circumstances, the purchased goods will be delivered within 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. This timeline of 30 days will not apply in case of a force majeure event or an unpredictable happening. In case the delivery does not occur even after 30 days, the purchaser must write to us at idlela@ildela.com. If we fail to deliver the goods within 7 days of the purchaser writing to us, complete refund will be initiated from our side.

Delivery Discrepancies

Upon acceptance or signing of the delivery, objections will only be considered valid if they are both legitimate and not of a predatory nature. In the event of any internal disparities, defects, or faults pertaining to the products, it is advisable to communicate with us at ildela@ildela.com, accompanied by supporting opening video and visual documentation. Subsequent to our thorough assessment, should such inconsistencies, whether internal or external, be established, we will proceed with either product replacement or a complete refund. It is important to acknowledge that Ildela retains the prerogative to modify or adjust product attributes based on ongoing client feedback and the evolving business landscape. Such alterations, however, are not classified as discrepancies. Ildela upholds its reputation as an ethical enterprise that not only values but also incentivizes honesty.

 

Product Returns
For online purchases, we will accept the goods back if they are in their original state for a refund of the selling price. Such returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. All refunds would be processed within 30days from the date of return. Any product exhibiting signs of usage or damage will not be acceptable for returns. Kindly ensure that the product tags are intact. Ildela reserves the right to accept or reject any product return without having to declare the reason. The returns are chargeable at INR150 to cover the return shipping charges. The delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable. We at Ildela, to the best of our abilities try to ensure that the returns are processed at the earliest without the purchaser having to chase for refunds.  

 

Product Exchanges

At this moment, Ildela equates Product Exchanges with Product Returns. The process of Product Exchange remains the same as is in place for Product Returns.

Return of Customised Goods

Ildela does not accept the return or cancellation of customised or personalised goods in any condition. Such goods must be prepaid as COD delivery method does not apply to them.

Order Rejection

Any free-shipping COD order if cancelled/rejected after its departure from our Dispatch facility without a genuine reason will automatically render the emptor ineligible for COD orders for a period of 6 months. To reward a client trusting us with prepaid order, any free-shipping prepaid order can be cancelled anytime as it does not waste a substantial operational expense.

Promotional Offers and Schemes

At intermittent intervals, Ildela extends noteworthy Promotional offer to its clientele. These promotional incentives, instead of being generically fabricated en masse, are meticulously tailored in accordance with the purchasing patterns and inclinations of individual clients. In order to access any such offer, it is requisite for the client to employ their original credentials (name, login appellation, email identification, and contact number) as the recipients of the promotional correspondence. These offerings retain their non-transferrable attribute, and any associated orders, subsequent to their departure from our Dispatch facility, carry an irrevocable status. The same applies to our Referral Programs which cannot be clubbed with any other promotional offers or schemes which we run or may run in the future. 

Partnered Platforms 

Ildela distributes its products and services through meticulously selected Partner Platforms as well. Should any conflicts arise from your purchases on these Partner Platforms, they will be governed by their respective regulations and protocols. Ildela guarantees your full contentment regardless and across all its Online and Offline manifestations. 

Créations Privées

Owing to expensive ingredients, the Créations Privées orders, whether with free shipping or not, are eligible solely for replacement and cannot be subjected to cancellation. The processing duration for a Créations Privées order is estimated to be within 15-20 days. This high in demand category is exclusively accessible to our esteemed Member Partners. The criteria for Membership have been governed by undisclosed regulations since the year 1920. It is important to clarify that Créations Privées is not a subscription that entails a fee. Should anyone approach you and solicit payment in exchange for Membership Access, it is imperative to promptly notify us through any available communication channel.

The Angry Free-loaders

Ildela does not extend a warm welcome to anyone who adopts the persona of an agitated individual merely seeking free items through disruptive behavior. We demonstrate a commitment not only to recognizing our errors but also to addressing them with utmost diligence. However, any attempts at coercion or manipulation will result in the exclusion of such clients from availing our services. Shipping or Return Policy does not apply in such a case. ​​​​
