No company can move an inch without the expertise of its employees. Ildela acknowledges that simply because it is our employees who make us what we are. Without them, there is nothing that we can achieve. We are fortunate to have an excellent crop of human resource working with us. But we are always on the lookout to expand on that knowledge base by adding more talent.

 

Bending the traditional clutches of hiring, we invite anybody from any product or business field to join us. If you have ideas crazier than the two black holes eating away each other, you are welcome at Ildelà. If you are crazy enough with your ideas, we are sure you would appreciate the crazy hiring process we have put in place to validate your talent. There are no age barriers at Ildela, and there are certainly no language barriers. All that counts, is what you bring to the table. Things are a bit different at Ildela, and they will remain so.
